  • The policy is a mandatory part of employee induction training and will be displayed alongside other corporate policies for reference.
  • Violation of this policy may result in termination of employment, legal action, and cancellation of contracts with external partners.

Privacy breaches include:

  • Unauthorized access to another person’s computer, desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
  • Sharing sensitive business information with unauthorized persons or organizations.
  • Copying or distributing copyrighted software without prior permission from the manufacturer.
  • Sharing passwords to access the company’s database or network.
  • Disclosing customer information (e.g., names, contact details, personal data) without proper authorization.

 

  1. Customer Data Protection
  • Customer information will only be shared with prior consent and for the stated purpose.
  • If required by legal authorities, customer data will be shared only after notifying the client at least one week in advance, unless the law mandates immediate disclosure.
  • Employees handling client data must ensure proper documentation and obtain acknowledgment from the customer when returning original documents.

 

  1. Document Retention & Destruction
  • Transworld International is legally required to retain business documents for a specified period as per regulatory requirements.
  • Before destroying any documents at the end of their lifecycle, employees must seek approval from business/finance heads.

 

  1. Monitoring & Compliance
  • Transworld reserves the right to monitor internal communications, including emails, internet usage, and phone calls, to ensure compliance.
  • Any violation may result in disciplinary action, termination, or legal consequences.
